Hey hello howdy there hi! Welcome to Nails For Breakfast. My salon space that has been curated to fit my personal style. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Morgan, or Mo, whichever one you heard first. I also go by MoRunsWithScissors, but Nails For Breakfast better suits most of my clientele and appointment servicing. [CLIENT EXPECTATIONS] • I’m happily accepting new nail guests! Natural nails are my specialty and I only offer two soft gel services to my manicure guests. Please read the descriptions before booking to decide which service better suits you! If you’re unsure, send me a message and we can figure it out together. • I prefer communication through text message or email. You can also reach me on this website through the “CONTACT” tab! Please don’t ask for appointments through social media. • I love getting inspiration for nails ahead of time! Please send it to me through text or directly on Instagram. • I do not remove acrylic or dip powder. I advise to have any previous nail products removed prior to our appointment. Please return to your salon where you had them done for removal! • I am typically booked out 3-4 weeks in advance and don’t have as much flexibility as I would like for you! It’s a wonderful problem being booked and busy but it also means I don’t usually have much space to move things around. Please understand and try to accommodate our time together. • By booking any service(s) online with me, you agree to accept the terms of my business operations. Please familiarize yourself with these expectations below. [STUDIO INFORMATION] • I’m located inside the Eden Prairie Sola Salon Studios. When you walk in the front door, I’m Studio 5 on the left hand corner before you walk down our long hallway. Across the hall from me is TC Skin and Laser. •Please let me know when you’ve arrived to my studio, in case I happen to run behind. There is bench seating directly in front of my studio door. • I will usually have my door closed to give privacy to the guest in my chair at that time. The door is a sliding door, not a pull door! • Our bathrooms are past my studio down the long hallway where the wall sticks out. [ONLINE BOOKING EXPECTATIONS] • When booking online, you should expect to be asked for your first and last name, phone number, email and card information. • Your card info will be kept on your file and will not be charged until the day of your scheduled service. You may not book a service online without adding in a card number. I have no access to the card information aside from card type (visa, mc, amex, etc) and the last 4 digits. I ask for a card on file to make checkout easy for both of us and in any case of cancellations or no shows. • Please choose the appropriate appointment(s) when booking online. If you’d like nail art with your manicure, please make sure to choose the option that adds nail art. This gives me ample time to provide the best service for you without having to rush our time together. Time is valuable and I don’t want to waste yours by providing services that don’t meet my standards. [WAITLIST AND CANCELLATION EXPECTATIONS] • Any last minute openings or cancellations will be posted to my social media stories! • If you are looking for an appointment but can’t find one online, please add yourself to my waitlist. Choose the correct service and add in your preferred time of day and days of the week. If you choose not to add in your preferences, I will pass over your request. • Please familiarize yourself with my cancellation policy, it’s listed down below my business hours! [LATE POLICY] • I ask that you be courteous of our time reserved. I know that I’m not perfect and there are times where I’ll run behind. I will do my best to respect your time and give you a heads up if I’m going to be late and roughly how long I’ll be. I hope you will do the same for me. • If you are running late, please expect that you may not get the full service you’ve reserved in the time allotted. Your service may be denied and rescheduled if you arrive later than 15 minutes. • If you’re stuck in traffic and unable to send me a message, give me a call if you can! If I don’t answer, leave a voicemail and I will check it ASAP. • Any miscommunication about timing will be charged $1/minute late. [MASK POLICY] • I do not require masks in my studio • If you’re not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. Who likes being sick anyway? • If you’re more comfortable wearing a mask, I will happily wear one for the entirety of our service. • I will sometimes choose to wear a mask to avoid inhalation of nail dust. [HAIR GUESTS EXPECTATIONS] • I am not accepting hair guests that haven’t seen me prior to March 2020. Please message me for a referral! • For current hair color clients: I am no longer offering online booking for color services. I find it is easier for me to book them for you and adjust the time according to your needs. Please reach out by text and give me at least 1-2 months notice to coordinate a time for you.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I get it, things happen! I would appreciate if I could know as far ahead as possible if you won't make it.
I require a 48 hour notice to any cancellations. You’ll get your first reminder 3 days in advance of your upcoming appointment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment(s).
I will contact you to communicate the charge. If I'm unable to charge the card you entered, you'll be banned from booking until I receive payment. Please be courteous, as this is my living.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE BOOKED SERVICE(S)
Any no call no shows will be banned from
booking.
